I'm writing to express my extreme frustration and disappointment regarding the property I purchased, which was handled by Nel Attorneys as the transferring attorneys. Despite numerous attempts to resolve the issue amicably. As per the Offer to Purchase contract, it was clearly stipulated that if the seller or buyer occupies the property after registration, they would be liable for rent. However, the reality has been far from this agreement. The property was registered on August 4, 2025, and the seller continued to occupy the premises without paying rent, despite my repeated requests to Nel Attorneys to intervene and ensure the seller honors their obligations. I've sent multiple emails to Nel attorneys, requesting their assistance in resolving this matter, but unfortunately, the seller's occupation without payment continued. It's only recently that the seller has vacated the property, but the outstanding rent remains unpaid. What's even more concerning is the lack of support I've received from Nel Attorneys. When the agent attempted to communicate with them, they seemed uninterested in assisting, suggesting that small claims court might be the only option. As the transferring attorneys, don't they have a responsibility to ensure that the terms of the sale are fulfilled, including the payment of rent as stipulated in the contract? I would appreciate it if you could look into this matter urgently and advise on the best course of action to recover the owed rent. I'm counting on your prompt response to resolve this issue. Please find the details below for your reference: - Property registration date: August 4, 2025 - Seller stayed from 4 August 2025- (vacated) 7 October 2025 - Rent per month R5200.00 - Outstanding rent amount: R10400.00 - Communication records: - 4th August 2025 property registered - 7th Sept 2025 requested assistance from Nel attorneys so the seller can vacate and pay rent. No assistance received - 25 Sept 2025 received email regarding registration pack which needs to be taken to the municipality to register the property under my name. I rep**** and said I will not until the seller pays rent and vacates the property. No reply to that email as well - 7 Oct 2025 the agent sent the attorneys for their intervention but was told there is nothing they could do. 9 Oct 2025 the agent sents another email asking what will happen if the seller doesn't pay the rental amount. 10 Oct 2025 the attorneys respond that if that the case I the buyer should take the matter to the smalls claims court. I find this unfair and unjust as the registration attorneys they should foresee that the whole process is fair to both the seller and the buyer. Can the registration attorneys make sure that I get my rental amount due to me. As soon as possible as the seller will receive a refund from the municipality when they paid for services until the whole process is complete.
My dad visited a doctor in 2023, on the 23.06.2023 received a statement saying I owe hamadi lab R358.60. I requested to contact my medical aid and find out what's happening. 06.11.2024 I receive a threatening sms about being blacklisted. 07.11.2024 consultant Phindile confirmed that my account is indeed handed over to transunion. The consultant was very rude with no professionalism. On my medical aid statement there is only 2items which my medical aid did not cover one was for R43.00 R85.80 Everything that hamadi lab performed was covered by the medical aid. Can hamadi lab rectify this cause I won't pay for something I don't owe. The above amount is the amount I'm willing to pay as it states on my medical aid statement.
It's funny how homechoice is so quick to sell our debts to nimble group. When we have paid up our debts they can't assist with clearing their names from our credit profiles. I paid up my debt on the 23.05.2024 for my Homechoice with ref: 25HC011625. I have been requesting homechoice to remove their name on my credit profile but I'm struggling. Everyime I call they tell me I am at the wrong department and get given a different number to call. Same applies as I call the number given. Homechoice can you please remove your name from my credit profile.
Firstly, I would like to give thanks to the whole team of hellopeter. Nimble group managed to give me a discount and I settled their homechoice account on the 24 May 2024. Nimble group even shared a paid up letter withe via email. What worrying me now is that they have not removed their account on my credit profile. Nimble group group please remove your account from my credit profile.....
As I have complained before about nimble and it's inconsistencies when it comes to balances. After I sent my review in Jan 2024 nimble group communicated with me via emails. I still complained that their balance don't correspond to balances on the statement. They promised me that one of their consultants will call with regards to a settlement. I wanted to settle the account and requested that they give me a discount but nothing has happened since then until on the 20th May 2024 I receive an email stating "Letter of demand" with a balance of R4840. What is all this? Nimble group give a discount so I can settle this account please I tired of all this.
Nimble group are ******, Their balances are never accurate. On the 17.11.2023 I asked for a statement the balance amounted R4873.25. When I called to try and ask for a discount so I can pay of the account the consultant said I owed R5400. I asked the consultant how so cause I have the statement with me sne couldn't answer me. Today 25.01.2024 I called in again cause I received an sms yesterday 24.01.2024 saying I owe R4586.60. The consultant Chelsea told me I owe R5200 and if she gives me a 10% discount it's going to be R4800. When I asked about the sms I received yesterday she said she can't see sms on her system. Guys nimble group is a ****. Why are their balances not accurate?
