Teneo. when are you going to give my kids results from 2023? I have tried calling you and stay on hold and waste so much money! I have contacted you through all your communication platforms and been to the Teneo family portal and logged tickets that you don't respond to! My son is supposed to be going gr 11 and my daughter is supposed of started matric!! from the beginning of the school year I have sent emails, tried to call, connected to zoom where I just stay in the waiting room, I have sent messages to Instagram LinkedIn. Have I paid the whole year for nothing? When are you going to answer my email messages emails? my kids are sitting without school!! The grading of tests exams takes forever. communication is very bad.
