Uncle fouzi @hatfield treatment.

Uncle fouzi at hatfield gave me a bad experience on 20/1/2024.The order was instructions were not followed and wrong, and in past experience they would rectify if they made a mistake ,howecer today the manager by the name of Cynthia and cashier by the name of Karabo were rude and did not rectify the problem (mistake) which they had made and instead told me that its not their problem...I enjoy incle fouzi @ hatfield but the service I got from the staff was horrible. I ended up leaving the food at the shop and went back to get their names ao that I can know who treated me like that...I always get the best service but today was the worst.(20/1/24)
