I went into MTN Walmer Park, at the beginning of January . I had contact a contract with them . . My cell phone was only charging up to 84%. Both the sales persons where buzy playing with their cell phone. I asked for assistance . The male then looked at my phone and said it's an old phone, gave it back to me and continued playing with his phone . That was an opportunity to sale me a phone. I went in later on to cancel the contact . Another opportunity to keep me as a customer, but no one tried to persuade me not to cancel. Too buzy playing with their cell phones.
Very bad service Virgin Active Lorraine. Signed a contract on Friday . Salesman said he would give me more info .re the Gym when I attended the Aqua class on Monday. He didn't remember the appointment..asked to see him and asked for a program . He said he'd whstssp me one. Had to ask twice for one..but .no Aqua classes listed. Phoned to speak to a manager who said the Aqua classes were not on the program because they're at the same time Monday to Saturday ..2 classes 1 at 8.30 and 1 at 9.15. Went to Aqua on Saturday to find only 1 class starting at 8. Ask to speak to a manager again and was finally shown the program on the Virgin Active app.
