Live vision of the dashcam is not opening. It loads the whole day and won’t open. I alerted Cartrack on WhatsApp but their WhatsApp is very useless!!! They don’t respond to messages at all, even when you follow up! I requested a callback on the App but nobody ever calls. Also useless!!! They don’t value their customers at all.

This company is pathetic! I had an emergency and i had to request for a withdrawal on my tax free investment on the 2nd of June 2025. I did a follow up on the 12th of June and i was told that i will receive an sms before end of business confirming the relea*****t of payment. Till to date, i haven’t received any communication from them! Imagine going to loan-sharks while i have an investment because Old Mutual always delays to release funds!
Ever since a tracking device was installed on our vehicle. Our car no longer do hazards nor indicates. Instead of coming to fix their mistake they make empty promises of coming and never come! Now our car is moving without hazards and indicators because of them. Instead of freezing the invoice in the meantime until the problem is fixed, the invoice is busy piling up!
on the 17th of February 2025 i requested for a withdrawal on my tax free investment .I called on Monday, 24th of Feb and i was told that the money will reflect in my account today! But it was all a lie!!!!
I have requested for a withdrawal on my tax free investment on the 17th of January 2025. To date, i have not received any communication as to what is causing the delay. The withdrawal process is said to take up to 7 working days but today marks exactly 12 days since i have requested for it. What nonsense is this????
On the 14th of March 2024 i cancelled the death cover policy that i had with The Unlimited. On the 22nd of March 2024 i woke up to notifications that i must accept the debit order from Unlimited for the “death cover policy” but i rejected the DebiCheck. Next thing i am receiving welcome emails as if i have reinstated my policy! The last time i spoke to an agent from The Unlimited is when i was cancelling my policy on the 14th of March 2024, therefore i want answers as to why the policy was reinstated without speaking to me first! Today the 28th of March 2024 they debited money from my account after i sent them emails not to debit any money from my account since i am no longer their customer! This is bull****! I mean how do you reinstate someone’s policy after they have cancelled it and without communicating with them first?? This is ****!!! Please refund me my hard earned money
Santam Legal Insurance was sold to me on the 8th of February 2024 and i was then told that i will receive the insurance policy before the 1st debit goes off! I called on the 22nd of February 2024 to enquire about the contract and i was told it will be sent after 1 or 2 days! Today is the 27th of February i have still not received the contract and the 1st debit will go off on the 29th on Feb. They don’t even bother to call me and explain why they are taking long to send the policy and i must be the one running after them!! This is bull****! The way they are so not reliable Obviously i am likely to suffer in future for using their services! Call me on 0789952752
