Horrible experience!!
Had such a horrible experience with nomfundo sibanyoni while trying to cancel my policy. I was ignored the whole day after trying to cancel my policy on WhatsApp, I did advise that I am unable to take a call. Why introduce an alternative communication method if I will not be assisted???😤😡 I need the policy CANCELLED asap!!!

Horrible treatment
I am very disappointed in Distell trade express services. On 17 march 2023 at crown mines items fell from a fork lift driven by staff and broke my father’s leg. My father was left there for dead till he decided to make his own way to a hospital. They did not even have the decency to call him an ambulance. He spent about 2 weeks in hospital and was booked in for surgery. No one even called to check on him. It’s almost a year later and no accountability of the accident has happened. We have been sending countless emails only to be ignored! If this is how customers are treated then this is really appalling!😤😤🤬
