Worst furniture company to deal with
This shop has frustrated and stressed me to the core. I bought bunk bed and coffee table from them since the 5th of March till today it's out of stock,you must also be the one to call them always to check for the feedback. Whats misleading is that they advertise items that are out of stock on their App, you will find out after purchasing that the item is out of stock. The bunk beds are out of stock but on the app they are still on stock. If you want to purchase from them spare yourself a headache cause they are the worst furniture company to deal with. I want a refund lona cause clearly you can't deliver and you are full of lies!!!!

Bad customer service from rain
The customer care of rain is very poor, I made payment to wrong account which is also mine but don't have the router for it, so I have asked them to transfer the funds to the correct account so that I can be able to work since I need internet. There is no resolution or way forward just for that simple query instead what I get is their message that help is coming hang in there, even now. How must I hang in there when I need to work😡. Once you get signed with them they don't care about you!!!

Bad service at fair price
The worst service ever, been waiting for my TV order and it has been three weeks now. I want my TV order delivered it is said that it is in the ware house for 3 weeks now!!!! 😡😡 You guys want to be exposed first to do the right thing? Why must we fight for what we paid for? Even your phones are not going through!

GAME ONLINE IS A ****!!!
It has been over a month and I am still waiting for my refund from game online!!! I must say that this business is aprofessional ****mer! If you want to spare your self from a headache, do not buy from game online cause you will be ****med your hard earned money if the products are out of stock. I also don't understand how do you even put up out of stock products to be purchased then you fail to refund!!!! NB:STILL WAITING FOR MY HARD EARNED MONEY THAT I NEED!!!!

Game online refund👎
Game online is the worst service ever!!! I have purchased some items online before Christmas day, it happened that most of those items were sold out and was told that I will get my refund between 3-5 working days till date I have not received any refund and I have been told unreasonable stories. Another item there it was said that it's delivered which I did not even receive!!! Get your acts together cause it's annoying for someone to wait for their refund for long😡😡😡
