No returns on faulty products and terrible customer service

Brought a lipstick on the 10/ 12 /2023 at Panda stores Gateway. When I opened it the turning mechanism was broken. Took it to the store on the 20/ 12/2023. Management refused to replace it and asked m3 questions like "why I didn't bring it back the next day on my break" and how is it possible I have time to bring it today on my break" and further accused me of potentially breaking it myself and bringing it to the store. They even viewed the security cameras. Very rude 😒 and disappointing. I will not be shopping at any of the Pandas stores anymore.
