Paid two months and struggle for them to connect me. Send many messages but still no joy. One month cannot connect to phone, this month cannot connect to the Tv. Buffers all the time, skips, jumps, hops. Poor sound, channels not working but continues to take peoples money. They say they received payment but still no show.
Hi, just received a notification that I am disconnected again. Like I said in previous communication that I paid R880.00 on the 28/11/2023 and was disconnected on the 3/12/2023 and connected again on the 28/12/2023 and disconnected today being 3/01/2024. This means I paid R880.00 for 10 days. Up to date I have not received any communication from DSTV (Multichoice) regarding disconnection as at 3/12/2023, no explanation. Is there a branch in Port Elizabeth that one can go to get assistance.
