Yet another 1 star review. Personal loan was debited on the 20/03/2024 without any communication. The same thing happened in December. All of my other debit orders go off on the 25th or the entitiy will extend it forward to the 26th... Not Capitec, they assume when they can debit your account. Their behaviour is honestly faulty at the highest level, CAN NOT WAIT to have this load paid up. Faulty weasels
I ordered new tyres at a great deal, the tyres arrived as requested (I was a little doubtful). The quality of the product was according to expectations and the service was good. They could improve their service by notifying you when the tyres are dispatched/handed over to their courier partner and include a tracking number to assure the customer of the progress. If the communication was better you would have got the 5 stars
Capitec makes banking for individuals an easy endeavour. I have a savings account and loan account and they offered a great interest rate on the loan. My stress and subsequent poor review has come as a result of their early Debit order this December 2023, I have a debit order set to the 26 of each month to ensure my salary is cleared so that the debit among others can take place. It seems they can't keep to the agreement and have debited me on the 13/12/2023, as yet my salary is not paid so the money I did have is now gone because of their problem of not adhering to an agreement - Great Job Capitec. I feel I am not alone in my strife and this has been done to every consumer. I was never notified or informed of this intention even, not have I ever defaulted. I will never take another credit offering from this group. Complete *****s!
