I went to Mr DIY to purchase some washing cloth and the price displayed was not corresponding with the till price. This was on Thursday afternoon and the manager told me that they have to log a call first and they will call me. I took it upon myself to enquire on the following Saturday since I have not heard anything from them. I spoke to the same manager and he told me that I must come on Monday afternoon to purchase the item, I went to Mr DIY on Monday and the same manager that said I should come in on Monday was off, and the ladies that where in the store could not assist since they didn't know anything regarding my matter. I took it upon myself to go again on Tuesday and the manager was off again and instructed the ladies to tell me to come again on Wednesday. On Wednesday I told the guy that I did not appreciate the unnecessary ups and dawns i made, and in the middle of that conversation the guy said he made me a favor by changing that price and why do I have complain about the trips I made because I got what I wanted at the end, according to him he made me a favor for allowing me to purchase that item with the price I saw, and shouldn't complain about the unnecessary trips I made and he was saying that shouting at me and he turned his back and left me there standing. I did not appreciate that behavior at all and the attitude. It was horrible witness.0 replies

Employees need to communicate with customers, I wouldn't be writing this had they communicated.Poor communication and that is just the basics of any Company, despite the nature of the business.
Went to debonairs pizza in Menlyn the other day, ordered my small tripple decker and after waiting for an hour I was then told they don't have pans for small tripple deckers. I was ****ed and they were laughing and the weird thing was that people who ordered before me did receive their small tripple deckers. Felt disrespected and had to go to another place to order food, I mean non of them decided to make a plan? All people working there don't have plan B? They just gave me my money back, laughing.0 replies
