Your feedback is worse than your service! I sent all the proof of payments to Veronique and Joshua. I have proven over and over that I did not give you an instruction to reduce my instalment! You dont have an answer either, nor any proof. Your company then proceeded to hand me over to Nimble Group, and still continued debiting my account, and DID NOT HAND OVER THE PAYMENTS TAKEN FROM MY ACCOUNT, TO NIMBLE GROUP!
Kenilworth Centre Parking has become an extreme nightmare. We recently had an incident where the cab driver fetched me from the Hair Salon. He wasnt parked in the centre, he was parked outside the premises, drove in to fetch me and we immediately drove out. The ticket machine said he was parked on the premises for 1hr and 46 mins. We buzzed the help line, the ***********, rude, bombastic woman demanded we pay the R10,00. I said I dont have a problem paying if we were parked there for the duration indicated on the ticket. She must please check her cameras and confirm that we are not lying. She refused to help us and put the phone down on us and wouldnt answer again when we kept calling. I paid the R10,00 and left because of the long queue behind us.
Worst cellular company to ever deal with. They have been debiting my account successfully every month, but handed me over to NIMBLE GROUP and listed me as a bad payer on the credit bureau. I have been trying to resolve this matter since 2023. None of their numbers work, no one responds to emails and Nimble Group, keeps saying to contact Blue Lable Connect. I eventually handed BLC over to an attorney to have this sorted out.
Buffalo International Logistics is by far one of the most useless, unhelpful companies to deal with! Two days in a row they allocated my parcel incorrectly, and two weeks later I am still waiting for my delivery. I have been calling their office for almost two weeks, and they keep telling me the same thing!!! THE MATTER HAS BEEN ESCALLATED ! To who?????? No one has gotten back to me at all in all this time!! DO NOT DEAL WITH THEM
Unfortunately there is no ZERO rating, so I am forced to rate Remax Bothasig with 1 star. Remax Bothasig, I will not mention the agent's name because of The POPI Act (Protection of Personal Information Act), sold my daughter a house in Wild Olive Drive, Ruyterwacht a few months ago. The house has been vandalised, everything ripped out of the house, windows, electricity meter box, etc.. My daughter was promised that this would be sorted out before she takes ownership of the house. This did not happen. The agent refuses to assist them because he has his commission and couldnt two hoots about her or the house. The Attorneys who is still holding on to some of the client's money until matters are resolved, have reached out to the client to get the place fixed up before they release any further funds. But now these attorneys are also not getting back to my daughter about anything. We have to make dozens of phone calls, send emails, beg and plead by them to please help get this matter resolved. My daughter now has to pay the bond as well as the rent of the place she is still staying at. They are unable to move into the house as the house is unliveable. REMAX refuses to help her and the agent just put the phone down on us. DONT EVER HAVE ANY DEALINGS WITH REMAX BOTHASIG!! NO ONE WANST TO TAKE ACCOUNTABILITY FOR THIS AND MY DAUGHTER IS STILL NOT IN THE HOUSE THAT SHE PAID FOR!!!!!!
I AM NOT ABLE TO SELECT ZERO RATING!!! Checkers online -Sixty60 -useless online store!!! I placed an order at 12, was told the order would be delivered at 3pm, then received a notification of an ETA of 16h15. When I called their helpline, Samantha advised that they still cannot guarantee that the order would be dispatched at 16h15!!!! I asked her to cancel my order which she did but I will only receive my credit in my wallet within an hour if I am lucky!!! WTAFFFFFF!!!!
I was asked to order food from KFC for the staff working late. We placed the order with KFC Rondebosch Cape Town.. for the second time in a row, they sent old food.. the wings were horrible and stale. After speaking the staff, we found out that it's the second time in succession that the food ordered from KFC Rondebosch had been old. Had I known, I would have never agreed to order the food from them - It was done on instruction, I personally do not suppport KFC!!! THEIR FOOD IS AWFUL!!!
There is no zero, so I had to lie and give them one star! I have been phoning the Compensation Fund for two months trying to get my refund sorted. Several emails, phone calls, sorry our service is down -later, I had to keep resending documents already sent. I have spent hundreds of rands phoning them, explaining the same thing over and over for two months! They are either off line, or their emails arent working.. finally two months of trying later, I was told they acknowledge the double payment and my refund will be processed within 30 days!! WE CANNOT BE GOING THRU THIS KIND OF TRAUMA FOR OUR OWN MONEY!!! HORRIBLE PLACE TO PHONE.
There is no zero star, so I had to up my rating to one. FNB has left me biting my tongue several times. I made a payment, once only, to the other useless organisation, THE COMPENSATION FUND. The money was deducted twice and I immediately went into the FNB Kenilworth Centre branch to take proof of me only submitting payment once. The consultant agreed with me that I only made payment once, but the funds were deducted twice, R14211-00. They were unable to assist me in getting my money back from the compensation fund and advised me to call the fund directly. Two months and counting, still no funds returned. FNB failed me as their client. They didnt offer any assistance, they were very quick to tell me to call their helpline who in turn told me to go to my nearest branch. Thanks for nothing.. it is not the first time. AFTER several times of your bank refusing to assist when I needed your help the most, I am forced to move my business account else where. Several people sitting in your Kenilworth Centre branch, were bitterly unhappy with the way they were being dealt with by the lady who comes to the door to ask us how she can help us,, only to end up not helping us!
I ordered two pizzas from Bin Rashid Kenilworth over the weekend. The pizza arrived later than promised and the base was awful. Both pizza bases were burnt and it was too hard and chewy. Had to discard of both pizzas. Was not the first time their pizzas let us down.
