Extremely long waiting time for a emergency operation
Its been now 3 yrs later that i have been booked for a energency hernia operation, nr 150 in the que. I was going to get a phone call. NOTHING. Every day in pain. Send mail to complaints Steve Bhiko, Tshwane Department of Health, The Ombudsman, NOTHING. In the mean time the hernia is getting bigger. When all test was done 3 years back it was already 24cm.0 replies

BAD SERVICE CONCERNING PICK N PAY ASAP
Yesterday i placed 2 orders. 1 was delivered past 20h00. The other was delivered 21h45. Both orders was placed at about 16h00. Today i placed again. Before 15h00. Its now 18h39 driver is only now on its way after support told me way earlier that driver already collected my goods. POOR SERVICE!!!!1 reply

Very bad service concerning order
Placed order. Order shows delayed, no updates. Phoned customer services they told me store was closed. Store hours shows open till 7am. Order was placed at 16h00. Not the 1st time my orders are delayed. Waiting period for for driver collections also very bad. Poor service, poor customer service, mis information about store hours.3 replies

Poor service on refunds and support.
Product out of stock. Made a wallet refund. Didnt go through. I send 6 emails. I send 2 messages to pick n pay. Ive spoken to 2 support agents. After 4 days the only made a refund. Normally it happens the same day. Now I have to wait another 10 days. Only 1 agent followed up. The rest of the tickets there was no response. Will not. make use of PnP again.1 reply
