Europcar South Africa and Tempest offer poor service
I hired a vehicle with this company, returned it and it’s been 3 weeks still no refund. I’ve been sent from pillar to post. One day the money is “wired “ the next they are waiting for the finance team to do the refund manually. The inconvenience cannot be explained. None of my friends, Colleagues and family will ever use their services again. This has happened twice already. Pathetic service1 reply
