I have just learned that I have been placed under debt review without my knowledge. I have never made any contact with this company nor have I never agreed to this. I have been calling with no luck to a response.
I purchased an item through pay just now. The item did not fit therefore I returned it. I then opted for the funds to be refunded back into my account and chose the withdrawal option which was successfull. The company wrote back requesting for my banking details which I provided via email only for the money to be reversed back to them stating that I did not do the process correctly. Now that I am re doing the process, the withdrawal options on the wallet is no longer a visible option. Why has it been removed? Why was my 1st reversal transaction successful and yet the company claimed that it was not later on? Why request verified for banking details yet they will not be used?
My Wifi has been giving problems which I have continuously communicated that with the company. Promises have been made but no show up. In January I was promised a technician which only arrived in Feb after I had to constantly call and remind them. Last week I was told a technician will come on Monday and they did not. Tuesday I was told they will come before 11 and they did not. This device loses signal 3-4 times a day. Exactly what am I paying for? Horrible service.
I bought a washing machine at Game October 2024. Last year 2025 the machine refuses to dry the laundry. It does not spin fully sometime it does not spin at all. I have only had this machine for 1 full year. Yet I trust the brand so much
Last year (2024) around March/April I had canceled my life policy at old mutual. This month September 2025 the company dedicated funds from my payslip yet I canceled their services. Is that not *****? How does this happen?

In the numerous years of purchasing at this company as well as working for it, I have never heard of what I was told yesterday. I had bought a knee brace at Circus Triangle Mthatha yesterday and unfortunately it did not fit. I then called to query at BtNgebs (Mthatha Mall) whether they had a XL for this product and they said no. I opted to look for one at Mr. Price sport I was lucky enough to get one. When I asked my partner to return the one we bought from them , they REFUSED TO RETURN THE PRODUCT FOR A REFUND. This guy stated that the CLICKS does not do refunds on items that are not bought from the branch you bought from. Meaning that I should go back to the Clicks Circus Triangle to return the item for a refund. Drive back to Mthatha Mall to purchase the one from Mr. Price Sport. I told him that is not true and he said that that is the company’s rule ever since the company started. I worked for clicks and that was never in the training program. That rules is not at the back of the receipt and this was not the first time a refund was done on something that was not bought at the same branch. I would like for the company to respond this matter. I have called the head office team as well and I was promised a call back.
Fast way courier East London a Mthatha provide worst service ever. My parcel arrived on the 20th December in Mthatha from East London but till date, it has not been delivered. When I called the East London branch I was told by a lady that shw needs to consult her manager and will give a call back. Ever since that day they do not pick up my calls nor did she contact me back. Went to the Mthatha depot and I was told that they have moved from that place. I managed to find a gentleman who works there and he referred me to his colleague who also made all the promises of checking for m parcel and calling me later on that day. He told that all the parcels all at my area were delivered on the 23rd. I had to call him again today and was so calm about it. The way that this company handles us as customer is so disgusting.
I have been calling for two months straight for my refund that I have not received. No one is calling me back and my money has not been paid back. Disgusted shame. I made several order over R7000.00, now that I need my refund you guys are avoiding me. Sies
