Total waste of money waited weeks for delivery item was cheap Chinese import size was way too small when I sent email requesting a refund i have not heard from them despite few emails sent, stay away from them.

Openserve in camps bay
I live in camps bay Cape town I have been waiting for over 3 months for them to install fiber to my house but they don't arrive and there is no one to talk to, all my neighbours have fibre connections but for some reason they say they don't have infrastructure to my house (when I search on their map for coverage it shows there is infrastructure) and keep escalating my complaints with no results There are no other fiber companies in camps bay so I'm stuck with a bad service company like openserve with no fiber connection and who knows when they will come to install
