Lost enatis registration papers
Lost enatis form. I settled my vehicle's finance on 29 April 2026 afetr obtaining a quatoation from Marquis Fiance on 28 April 2026 of the amount which I had to settle. No discount on early settlement was given.. You would think that by now I would have my enatis vehicle registration document on 25 May 2026?. Nobody contacted me to request if I would l like my enatis form? Only on the 14th of May did I get a letter from Marquis Finance that my account has been settled. On 7 May I app**** for the enatis form. I paid a fee of R586.70 to obtain me enatis form the fee also include a courier change to send the document to me. First their bank account number does not work, so when I phoned Marquis Finance, they said I must pay it into another bank account number. Only after 5 days on 11 May 2026 do I get a reply from Mofedile Sephan of Marquis Finance that the the enatis documents will be send via DSV Couriers. Now another 14 days and I still do not have my enatis document (I sold the vehicle on 28 Aprtil, 27 days ago) and the new owner cannot register the car in his name. Who is responsible for insurance claims in case the car is an accident. Will Marquis Finance's Insurance settle any such accidents? This morning on 25 May 2026 I phoned Marquis Finance, they cannot tell me where I can find my enatis document. I do not recommend financing your vehicle via Marquis Finance. I bought a vehicle from We-Buy-Cars and together took out Finance with Marquis Finance - two partners in crime - do not use them. Must I obtain legal advice or go to the newspapers? Who will pay for the costs to re-register the vehicle in my name, who will pay for the costs the new owner of the vehicle must incur to register the vehicle in his name, my main concern is that the vehicle is no longer insured, I want to show on record that Marquis Finance will be hold accountable if they do not immediately attend to the lost enatis document.

Cancel all debit orders and other methods of payment
cannot terminate contract when at the end, *******, deliberate, pathetic company, my advise spread the word and stop debit orders when you cannot get mtn to confirm contract is terminated - also make sure that debit orders does not continue after the unlikely event mtn confirmed cancellation.- report your case to SAPS. I phoned the mtn ***** line - according to the ***** dept, they, mtn cannot commit *****
