Disappeared on me
I dont know if its incompetence or utter disregard for customers that you think its okay to proceed without giving feedback nor wrapping things up with SARS. I don't know how is incompetence between you and SARS but seemingly someone is failing dismal at executing their job.

Greetings. I recently asked for assistance in an ******* activity of a business charging a surcharge to purchases which is ******* in SA. Yet that very business still persists in changing the extra R20 for charges on purchases. Disappointed in not being assistance in terms of canceling the surcharge fromvthe business.
