Mirua Solar installed my solar system at my house in Pretoria. Installation was done perfectly without any hassles. They kept with their suggested time frame and completed a very need installation.

No aftersales service, no service at all
On Friday 15 September Flysafair had a special for 80min long. I logged into my app to buy some tickets for my Granny. I made 2 separate bookings, because we was still deciding a return date. After a few min we had both tickets booked at the special price… or so I thought. To my regret I saw the payment been deducted from my bank account. The first booking’s payment was deducted as advertised, but the return flight booking was deducted at the original price although when we made the booking and payment the discounted price was still showing. I called Safair to ask what is going on and why they deducted the wrong amount from my account. They rep**** and said that it was the system and there is nothing they can do to help me or to change the flight to the discounted price as advertised. Also while booking my granny’s tickets I was busy on my other devise booking tickets for myself and my daughter to go and visit my mom… al flights chosen and credit card info entered, proceeded with final payment, then the Safair app froze and while watching time running out, I could net get the app working again for at least 50min after the sale has closed. Also called Safair about this, same answer… It’s the system, there’s nothing they can do to help me… This is really a bad experience I had with Safair, and the fact that there is no one who even tries to help, is pathetic.
