WITHOUT PREJUDICE To whom it may concern RandRidge Mall - Cash Crusaders I have got a big problem with the staff you have at your store. First i pawned my ipad last month and today when i went to do the same i had your staff there being very either educated or just dont want to help. They are very very rude and i really do not appreciate it at all. Second i have also gone to you store before to pawn my microwave that is never been used and i was again shown away as i always do and yet someone else had the opportunity to pawn their microwave in a worse condition that mine was in. So for me personally, ************** is present at your store. Your staff is rude and really not in a position to work at your store if they are going to treat certain people different whether it is because of race or they just don't know how to treat people. As i said i pawned the same thing 2 weeks ago and took it out and wanted to pawn the same thing and i was given hustles from the "lady" working at that side of the store. This is not the first time this has happened to me and now i am really disgusted in their attitude towards certain clients. And i have now had enough. Certain people come to pawn things in worse conditions and get help yet i ALWAYS get shown the door. You need to consider to send your staff for professional training and training on being friendly because when i go there for help being a customer, i would like to be treated as one.
