Despicable service and communication. Couch ordered over 3 months ago. Delayed by 1 month due to public holidays, delivery was for last week, now moved to this week. Its Thursday and no one has reached out yet. They keep promoting things on FB instead of sorting out their backlog of orders, or just communicating with people.
