Exceptional service
I would like to appreciate Bata team for their exceptional services, about a week ago I lodged a complaint for an exchange of a torn school shoes and today I have just received a new pair of shoes without any hassle. to the team there in Pinetown keep up the great work and Thank you for putting your customers first

GREAT SERVICES
i wrote a complaint for Vodacom a week ago with regards to their tower that was off in Toekomsrus, am here to give my feedback the matter has been resolved, they were quick to respond and followed up with me to confirm if the services were restored. thumbs up to Alessandro Mitchell Thank you Vodacom for the great services am back online and my kids are now enjoying their phones.

bad connection
Please fix the connection at toekomsrus ext 2 , the network has been very bad since the sunday thunderstorms, the whole area is affected

horrible service
shame on the agents that works behind this brand, i lodged a complaint on the 1st of July the complaint is still not resolved, they gave me this refernce number #INC-38789 their agents just dont know how they suppose to resolve the query they do nothing except asking that i provide my DSTV ref number which is not even linked to this account, i am so furious i need my refund ASAP

Horrible Baaaad sevice
What a horrible disgusting company. I app**** for a device online on the 28 of October I got approved did a follow up I was provided with an order number and told the device was currently out of stock I will be notified once it is available, I kept doing follow ups until the past week when I went to my credit profile and found that this disgusting service provider did 4 enquiries on my credit report for the same device which is very ********* I called them to try to find out why they did that some uninformed agent told me senseless stories!! I am fuming today I did a follow up for the device I am told I did not qualify mind you when I first app**** my score was great and sitting on 635 points very good they dragged it down to 611 I hate this company I will never advice anyone to take any services with them South Africans PLEASE DO NOT FALL FOR THEIR CHEAP SERVICES you will REGRET!! They have bad rating everywhere SIES!

No service
stay away from these store theIR customer service does not exist you will lodge a complaint with no responds we bought a refrigerator that only lasted few month it is still under warranty, they refuse to help nor to take responsibility their customer service employee named Tsakane at Game Makhado even blocked me from sending complains. PLEASE JUST COME TAKE YOUR FRIDGE AND REFUND OUR MONEY!!

Pathetic service
The Vocacom network team seem to have forgotten about their customers in Protea Glen, we have had terrible connection for months we have been trying to seek assistance from vodacom customer care with no help at all, currently their network is unstable affecting those customers working from home the most. do something or see people porting to other networks

i woke up to find this company under my credit profile apparently i have a credit card with them, i have not app**** for any credit with TFG the last business dealings i had with them was for a store account which i paid off and closed now this company is using my personal details against my own will to open a credit card for me. somebody needs to account for this!!

PAYING FOR NO SERVICES
I am very disappointed with your services it's been three weeks without connection the router has been showing only red light for weeks I kept calling and calling all I get is reboot reboot but that does not work. I am tired of your no services please fix or cancel my subscription.. Do not even debit my acc this month as I have not used your services... Never will I convince anyone to get your products Please FIX or CANCEL.

Horrible services!
Acc No:26930187 DMC please transfer my money back. every time i call i am being told the issue is now with finance department how long must i keep calling for my own money my child is about to be excluded from exams because she is owing fees and the money am suppose to pay with is with you. somebody please do something this company is ****ming people. I am beyond frustrated!!
