Outsurance the worst service
We have had the worse service from Outsurance. Our claim was registered on 19 June after a flood but was not paid any attention to for the first month. Then after another month of service we still do not have any answer/outcome. Just more stalling, they have just let us know they will not be done this week. Is there anywhere to take this matter further?4 replies
