i have ordered a matress top from cape town i have tracked my parcell to witbank mpumalanga received notification on 5 cosecutave days that my parcel were loaded for delivery i stayed at home for 5days monday till saturday and no delivery

i have baught a matress cover in cape town the parcel were dispatced via RTT / Courierit i were then received notification that my parcel were dispatched on monday morning i cancelled al apointments and waited for delivery on tuesday the same notification on wednesday as wel as thursday and friday vith no sucsess

we have caceled this policy as we arre sassa pensioners now they ceep on drducting from the bank we have stoppet the debit order and it stil gos off and the bank say the debid otder is not revesable now every month we lose that money is it *****? and can we take this to the police ?
