Thanks for nothing
Messed around last year by Tax Tim, and should have known better than to use them again in '22....They submitted my return a few days back and received an error message back from SARS, and have simply abandoned the case, advising me to contact them myself. I now cannot access my own e-filing profile either. What is the point of a service that can do a basic return (which you can do yourself really easily anyway) yet cannot resolve any errors or queries that may arise, simply abandoning the client, and locking clients out of my own e-filing? I have a large amount owing to me from SARS and simply cannot resolve it now due to Tax Tim. Thanks a lot ! Avoid !

Fine if you don't have any queries - not so fine if you do....
Trying to rebook a flight suspended due to Covid from 2020. I have correspondence confirming the ticket is valid until Sept 22, but they do not reply to my requests to rebook it. Either refund me or respond to my requests to rebook please.

Ordered online on 17t December - heard nothing. Sent a mail today and received a short response to say 'we don't have stock'. Well you did when I ordered ! No indication now of when I would get it, or any option to get a refund. Ridiculous, and based on the complaints here, getting the refund is impossible.

Great Service - Fourways
Great service from Keene and Bradley - As a complete newbie we received very kind and patient service helping my teenage son get an entry level bike. All staff we encountered couldn't do enough. Good job ! Highly recommended !

Honeydew Branch - Great friendly, knowledgeable service from manager Andre. My 3rd visit to this branch - very satisfied. Repaired my car at very short notice, somehow squeezing me in the same day. Recommended.

Silverfish and garden ****roaches - gone. A little expensive, but worth it. We had a major problem with both these insects, and it is resolved. Note - used another exterminator before Verminator - achieved nothing.

Brilliant call centre service
I registered a claim today with Dylan Schultz. WOW ! That is how you handle a customer call ! This lady should be training others - you can feel the energy, clear communication, knowledgeable and efficient ! Great job, well done, and answered in 1 ring ! Most impressed. Other call centres take note !
