Terrible customer service for make up classes

Customer service from the person who handles make up sessions is terrible to the tea; my friend is struggling to have a makeup session booked, she is told the make up class is done but it was not communicated to her. relaly not worth the frustratin and fighting for your life because admin is terrible

Unfair damage charge

Everything went wrong — from waiting over 90 minutes to receive a vehicle, to being handed a car still being washed, to now being charged for damage I didn’t cause. Despite confirming with the Hatfield branch that I could return the vehicle there, it was closed when I arrived. I was then told to drive to OR Tambo — adding further cost and inconvenience — only to be told there’s “damage” and I would be held liable, despite returning the car in the condition I received it.

Blue Waters Hotel

Flooding rooms and *******

Unfortunately, I had a terrible experience at Blue waters hotel . The rooms were flooding and over 32 other guests had to complain at reception before anything was done about the issue. To make matters worse, my room was also flooding and my package, which I had couriered a few days before, was given to a stranger. Despite CCTV footage showing the hotel's staff accompanying the *****, the hotel did nothing about it. It's incredibly disappointing that the hotel's management did not take the safety and security of their guests more seriously. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, and would encourage others to look for alternative accommodation options where they can feel comfortable and secure
