My company has been using cloudways for our email hosting and computer security for years now and are very satisfied with their service. They are always there when we need them and always friendly and professional when we have questions. The prices are affordable compared to their competitors. I do feel that anyone can benefit from them . Ps the owner is also very humourous and can hook you up with great networking.
I just came from an 18 day stay and here is my experience. From what they get out of you and your medical aid it really isn't worth it. Don't get me wrong, I love my Psychologist and my Psychiatrist, but that's about it. The building is dated and with each step you can hear the creaks. With all the money they make they can really do some maintenance. Entertainment is non existent. They have one general lounge with some board games in the evening. The one shared flat screen TV they have doesn't work and neither does the DSTV. Also the Generator they have during loadshedding has seen better years so expect some problems here and there. As for the rooms. When I say basic expect basic. Most accommodate 3 people and it's a basic single bed, with a single coubord, a lamp and a that's it. One bath room with a sink, shower and small toilette, a big person like me can't even wipe, sorry for the graphic. Now the food. Some food are good. But 4/5 days are very basic like rice , gravy and a piece of chicken. Toast, egg and chicken livers. Pasta and Bolognese. Things like that with a small jelly and custard or a ShopRite level cheesecake piece. No Woolies. The classes are okay but a bit scripted, don't expect much interaction, as entertaining as watching a YouTube guru pretty much, exact same value. To me the greatest value as I said is seeing my Psychologist and Psychiatrist . One last thing during my stay that really brought me to my boiling point. They started renovating the dining hall and doing a lot of construction there. Now there are two smoking areas. One in a room upstairs and one through the dining hall. They lock the upstairs one during the and force people to go through the construction site where heavy machinery is operating where they are lifting tiles of of older tiles upon even older upon older tiles. You should see the dust, mold and asbestos in the air. So far I've seen 6 patients get mysteriously sick and I'm getting sick myself. I've also been hit by debris four times. The staff here is also Average, not horrible as I've seen far worse, but they could do better. I do have proof also. If you come here beware.
