Poor Claim Processing
Claims processing taking longer than expected period. Claim submited 9nth March today is the 23rd still nothing has been done to the claim .

Unpaid benefits Claims
Bad service unpaid benefits Claims, waiting for over & more than 8 weeks that the payout been promised, customer service can't tell me the hold up. Funds disinvested seating with A Forbes to be released and they seating on their chairs doing nothing!

STAND BANK HOME LOANS BRIDGE OF ARRANGEMENTS
Home Loans in arrangement and agreement of monthly instalment, agreement done last year March payments are made monthly, however standard Bank Home Loans bridge the agreement, without any legal letter notice they put the house in execution of Sale & when approached last week Friday they still not responded to the matter, complaints department keeps telling me , Legal will contact me, today its Tuesday, still no response from Legal, that's how manipulative Standard Bank is their only solution is to be quick on Auctioning properties.

Dispute on Placed Excecution
Hannes Gouws Attorneys representative of Standard Bank Homeloans , payment arrangements for a home loan are made monthly as per arrangements but they putting property on execution, and saying they received instructions from Standard Bank, called Standard Bank Home loans they reffer me to Hannes Gouws, No one wants to Give answers.

UN-PROFESSIONAL & POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE
Luthendo who seem to be the business manager was contacted by me after seeing his post on Facebook for T shirt printing, I gave him.my designs and artwork for my orders of 7 T shirts, I.paid him R500 deposit, he went and printed what he wanted not what I've ordered, Now he refuses to refund me and Take back his T shirts,

Early this year made an enquiry for my bond looking to find solutions dealt with Theo in order for them to quote me I had to complete a form after they gave me figures I realized that I won't be able to repay those installments they quoted me I send an email to Theo whom I was dealing with and WhatsApp messages that No Im going to manage, how ever the now went and flagged my status on ITC and other credit because that Im under Debt review, they new to remove that flag as soon as possible

**** Alert , please dont interact with Amos from this company, he offered delivery service of Bricks to me and quoted me R2 200, I paid deposit of R1 100 to his Truck Drivers Account till today bricks were Not delivered and my funds were not returned, when I confront him he was Rude and Violent telling me he was doing me a favour , I think again taking advantage because I'm a Woman, Lets make him go viral, he said R1 100 its nothing but he is not paying it back..

AMOS RUDE & DISREPSCTFUL
Amos from the above company offered to collect my Building bricks from Bronkhostpruist to my plzce ? He oderd me to R2 200 I paid R1 100 which was 50% of agreed figure balance was going to be paid later as an agreement between myself and him, bricks were not delivred on the said day and later on tge day he informed me on delay, I accepted , the following day I folliwed up ghe responded the next day , telling mw my R1000.00 was nothing and carriedon to disrepect me and insult me, even told me I was MAD and ungreatful he was doing me a favour , which I never asked for he offered, Now he refuses to refund me my R1 100 which was paid to a Nedbank account given by him I have reported a ***** case to my bank and he said he knew top dawgs at the bank I should go ahead and they wont do nothinging to him.

PEXI HORROBLE DELIVERY SERVICE, Why charge me R110 for a quick delivery and Take your longest time to deliver? Theres a reason why I booked 3 days delivery , Very Annoying and Never will I use them ever again.
