Inquiry About Levies, Rates and Financial Stability at Blue Lake, Midrand
Hi Guys I need advice from home owners at Blue lake Midrand. I am looking to buy an apartment there but I am worried about unexpected hikes of levies and rates due to non payment of other home owners. How are the financial statements looking so far ? And has it been any increases ? Are there measures put in place in terms of recovering debts from those in errors to ensure that home owners that pay their levies and rates are not affected?1 reply
