fly.cool is the worst ISP ever. The only communication to them is through whatts app or email. On whatts app they can't assist me with the help I need. On emails they don't respond. I have sent them an email on the 11th of May and up to now no response and it's not the 1st time. It is so frustrating I feel like cancelling my contract with them. They don't even deserve that 1 star
Their communication is very poor on WhatsApp and emails. They respond only after a day or 2
Fly.cool is the Vumatel ISP ever. They don't respond to their customers complaints and if they do respond they respond after a week. They got several ways of communication but in all those communication lines we get no response but is quick to deactivate our lines when we don't pay. If they can only respond to queries as fast as they respond on non payments then I would be happy
I don't have words to express how bad the is the service of fly.cool. I have been without internet since Monday and up to today I don't have a clue what is happening. No communication from their side. I don't know how many times have I tried to get hold of them and there is absolutely no response from them. This is my second time writing a review on them. The first time they said that they have a back log. My question is how far are they behind that they still didn't respond to my messages and emails. I honestly think I should take my business to an ISP that really take their customers serious. If you are really so good and efficient you would make sure that you keep your customers happy. When I started with fly.cool they were efficient and within a few seconds they would respond. Now that they have customers they could care about them. Flycool is the worst ISP ever. There is no contact number to log a complaint. They don't respond to Whatts app and email. My internet is down since yesterday and I have no idea where to report the matter since they not responding. I even sent the agent that assisted my with signing up and also no response from her. Why should we pay for something that we can't use. I'm very disappointed in your service
