Service not delivered
I bought a wardrobe from builders warehouse in Boksburg on the 20th of August 2025. I also paid for the installation fee , of which the installation is done by the external source. Delivery was made on the next day but the installation is not made up to day.

I erroneously paid my Assupol premiums to Old Mutual on the 10 April 2025, R357,25 and R208,55 respectively. I visited their offices in Benoni to report the matter. They ask me to provide them with proof and I did. I printed out my bank statement and the notice of payment. They told me that Old Mutual will contact me and up to date there is no communication from them.

Double taxation
I will never ever again buy goods online because of the experience I have with Buffalo international logistics . I've paid tax twice irregardless of the evidence I've provided. .

Transaction not successful even if I've paid
I've purchased goods online from Shein China, on the 23rd November 2023. On the 2nd of November I got a message from Buffalo international logistics stating that I'm supposed to pay tax, for the goods that were shipped by Shein. I immediately made an electronic funds transfer to the logistics company. The next day I called to find out if they have received the money. They asked me to upload the proof of payment of which I did. On the 5th I tracked my parcel the response I got is it is in transit and the upload was successfully. When I tracked again on the 8th December I got a message that the upload was rejected. I've tried to call the company and no one is picking up the phone.

Request for a refund
I've been granted a loan by Capitec Bank some years ago , of which later I failed to repay. I applied to be placed under debt review, subsequently Capitec handed me over to the debt collectors. Last year I was offered a settlement discount by the debt collector of which I accepted and ma de a full settlement of that account on the 19 November 2022. The next day a debit order was made of R425 was made to pay the account. When I claimed back the money , both Capitec Bank and debt collectors claimed that they did not receive the money .
