I am infuriated with RAIN! I requested a pay as you go service in mid November 2022 for which I paid a pro-rata premium for via the Pay Pall system. Firstly, a 4G card paying R499-00 was delivered to me because I was not told that I could get 5G for R529-00 per month. In addition, I did NOT know that the 4g option does NOT offer the free ****le anymore, so of course I called the Rain call centre and told the agent/s that I want the 5G instead. Cut a very long story short, I still DON'T have the 5G card to date as at the 22 February 2023. Rain also debited my account WITHOUT MY PERMISSION for R466-00 - 31/12/2022 AND R499-00 -4 February 2023. I STILL DON'T have my refund OR my 5G card, which by the way, I was initially told that I would get a ****le, this week I get told I will get a router. The call centre agent's always promise that a manager will call me regarding my complaints and my refund and I am still waiting for my money back since last year and today is the 22nd of February 2023!!!!!! When I ask the call centre agents for the CEO's email address to log a formal complaint, I get told that they are NOT allowed to divulge the CEO's email address. I will log all the query ticket's below as well in support of my complaints. By the way, RAIN call centre agent's have confirmed that I have never activated the 4G sim, obviously NOT because I want my 'pay' as you go 5G card. As you can see RAIN, I am sick and tired of logging tickets with your company and STILL NO refund OR call back from a Manager that can make a decision to REFUND MY MONEY that was fraudulently taken out of my account WITHOUT MY PERMISSION. I ask YOU RAIN, who and how did you get my banking details to debit my account. This is fraud! I want MY MONEY paid into my account today!!!!! I keep getting told by your call centre agent's that it takes 7 to 10 working days to get my money back BUT RAIN has had my money for over 2 months now!
