My Business partner went to trade in his car on a new car and they just lied and lied. They first told him his car is older than it is and then offered R70k below bookvalue. Ridiculous. A bunch of thieves. You would expect this from these dodgy dealerships but not from a franchise dealer. Kia South Africa, they are doing HUGE damage to your brand
The fishmonger in Illovo is simply the best. Service, food, taste, price...you name it. I cannot fault them for one second
See my review below. Once again this company lies and NEVER delivers. No wonder they are rated a 1 star by everybody except the fake reports. Prenolin promised to come back to me on Friday last week, after they took my R398 and still refused to open my line again. They will probably say they have tried to phone but that is also a LIE because there are no missed calls. This company is a joke. Their billing department is a joke. Their staff all lie and they treat their customers like common thugs. NEVER USE THEM unless you want to experience the worst service in the country. Prenolin you can keep my money that your company refuses to acknowledge. I already have at least 11 people who are wanting to cancel their lines with you.
Absolute joke of a company. I pay for my line and they lose the payment with their manual systems. I then send proof pf payment and still they cant find it. I then send bank statement proving it went off my account and they still refuse to activate my line. Their incompetency is beyond anything I have ever encountered. The online help centre said the line would be active 3 days ago but they have kept the money and still no line. This after billing incorrectly for 3 lines when I actually only had one. And magically the credit they were supposed to pay me back resulted in me still owing them money. What an absolute sham of a business. Disgusting service
