Return and refund not honoured as per site policy
Tried to a return an order via Post Office as per the site’s return policy. Package ended up bouncing back to me. Store stopped replying to my emails for an alternative refund method. Ridiculous service.

Paid for an iPhone case that was never fulfilled. No response to my email request for a refund. Poor service.

Item was never delivered to store, no refund given
Ordered an item online to be delivered in store. Was never notified of delivery, and customer service stopped replying to my emails for a refund. Ridiculous service.
