They still have not remedying my problem.
This month after all the complaining I have done Cell C debited me times 4 instead of twice and this they did late after I had made an electronic payment into their account directly. I am still paying for a laptop I only used for two months that they have been fixing since last year October.
This past month Cell C didn't take their money on the date they usually do and I ended up defaulting on the payment with no fault of my own. Now I am trying to work with my data like I always do and they have disconnected my data. I honestly do not understand how they expect me to work. I am not going to be upgrading my contract.

I bought a Packard Bell from Cell C Pavilion store in March 2023. Within one month of my purchase the charger point stopped working. Cell C gave me the runaround asking me to phone numbers outside of cell c to no avail. In October they finally decide to book into Cell C repairs and told me to wait. I go back to the store for an update and there is now no word on the repair status of my laptop. I have been paying for a laptop for a laptop that doesn't work for over a year now. I am beyond frustrated with Cell C Pavilion and Packard Bell has terrible customer care.
