Pathetic service from the sales department. Every single time bar maybe once or twice they messed up orders. Worst of all they have been harassing me for a 2kg bacon order I never received. Instead of looking into the matter I've been harassed and simply don't believe me.....and I'm told that according to the driver I instructed them to drop it off in victoria street to my mother's house......my mother passed away 10 years ago. Nadine from accounts. Linda Wiesa from sales wake up. NEVER EVER CONTACT ME AGAIN. Grocery express management needs to wake up. It all begins at the top. I will take legal action should I get anymore invoices for something I never received.
Quick to take your money when you show just a little interest but boy oh boy to get service is another story. Bad phone lines, sounds like caller is on another planet it's so ****led. Tried their whatsapp option...Charlotte the bot doesn't recognize anything as she's american so that's a dead end and oh yes don't try calling their complaints number....he simply threw the phone down...ps he sounded even further than the moon. Maybe that planet where I don't give a toss about working...just pulling salaries. Pathic

Very disappointed in the service. Bear in mind upto this point I had only good things to say. ALL I WANT IS A MOBILE CARD MACHINE....you are literally inhibiting me from making a living....the irony is the staff are pulling a salary and I swear the last comsultant I saw on Thursday looked like it was an effort to breathe.....I'm sick of it....pls someone do their job and contact your client...
