Excellent Service Prepaid24

Inflated Prices
I am a daily customer at this outlet, spending thousands of Rand per month buying groceries. One item I do about 3 to 5 times a week is to purchase cooked boerewors or chicken pieces for my 2 dogs. I know the prices by heart and would normally take the cheaper option but I also change from time to time. Boerewors is and was always R119.99/kg. At least for the last 12 months and maybe more. Today the price went up all of a sudden to R149.99/kg. When I tried to enquire, the manager gave me a lame **** excuse of the bosses that put up the prices and there is nothing he can do about it. Basically turn up his shoulders, turned around and walked away. This R30/kg increase is daylight *******. I wonder if they have this attitude with all their customers and what would happen if we start going to the other Spar or even Shoprite at the mall. There is no shortage of meat, supply or anything else that I am aware of in the country. This is pure greed.

Excellent Service by Nafisa Hussain
I would like to thank Nafisa Hussain in person for assisting me with my 5 vehicles and to get them updated and/or cancelled since the previous requests never showed on the system. For months I had to make payments on something that was not supposed to be active and thanks to Nafisa, I am actually getting a credit on some of my premiums. Such a pleasure to be assisted by a nice and friendly lady AND one that actually calls back when she promises to do! Thank you Nafisa, you are a true STAR.
