Rain customer service is absolutely to say the least pathetic. Since February 2026 up until now I struggled with connection working for 2-3 days then it is off again although there is no issue at the tower or power failure and the router working 100%. I even did exchange my router for a new one. Still the same issue. They tell you the same story 10 000 times and never give you proper feedback.
The consultant Tracy was really very sympathetic towards my circumstances and suggest a cheaper policy for me.She is really an Angel and deserve a medal for her excellent customer service.
I waited 4 long frustrating months for my UIF claim to be approved and to be pay out. Many phone calls and several emails I was still unsuccesful I want to thank Dineo Mashego UIF office in Pretoria for her excellent service and assistance with my UIF application for benefits.She did really go out of her way to assist me and keep me updated.My claim was approved and within 2 weeks my money was paid into my account. I haven't experienced such AWSOME GREAT Client Service in a very long time. Dineo really deserve recognition for GREAT Client Service.Keep it up.
