A couple of months ago. My optometrist gave me a new brand of contact lenses as my older brand was on backorder so they gave me the ULTRA lenses from Basuch & Lomb. The lenses worked fine for a couple of days when suddenly when I put them back in the one day I found them both to be broken. Thinking something was just wrong with the two I simply just replaced them with others. then not even a day later the one lenses broke! I returned the batch to the optometrist explaining the situation determining the batch was faulty and when they sent it back to Bausch & Lomb they returned them refusing to believe the batch was faulty and blamed me for mishandling/manhandling the products. I've been using contact lenses for nine years! I know how to handle them properly. Absolutely disgusted by their response and accusation. Most service providers would just bite their tongue and try and resolve the issue not blame the consumers and make the situation worse rather than better. They should be ashamed of such behaviour.
Yesterday my friend and I went to ****a Beautea All though the food was amazing our waitress was very unprofessional , she barley spoke to us and just nodded and said yes in a very quiet voice and she never took down our order on a notepad and it was quite a big one. The service was also very slow and we waited almost 30 minutes for our food and when asked to see the menu again for dessert it never arrived so we had to ask someone else. The only thing that kept the experience from being horrible was the great food and Bubble Tea had it not been for that we would never set foot in that place again. So if your a fan of good poke bowels, mochi and Bubble Tea yes I would highly recommend Bobba Beautea just be prepared to receive mediocre and lackluster service.
