Let me name and shame Vodacom for contract cancellation process. A wrong contract can be taken under false terms and the consumer has the right opt out the contract under this condition, it was reported under 1-7 days after the contract was signed. Telkom never gave me a problem when their salesman wrongfully opened a new contract under my name and it was after one month when I found that I have an extra number on my contract. It was cancelled immediately without no penalties and Vodacom is bullying the terms and conditions. Shame on you. When all my Vodacom contracts are done, I am not getting any Vodacom contracts. I am paying R2856 every month for four contracts and one contract that is not in my terms and it cost R399, they are telling me to hit the high way.
I recently switched from MTN to Vodacom 400 gigs data due to price increases at MTN. During my switching to Vodacom, I asked the business consultant that the Vodacom data does it have data share plan because I ported my number from MTN to Vodacom to be able to use the service. I asked her to show me how it is done and she said she is not sure how it is done but it is available services on Vodacom. The contract was signed on the 16 February 2026 and on the 17th I tried to data share which it was not possible to do after confirming with the Vodacom online. They told me to go back to the shop to cancel the contract before the grace period. Today I was told I need to pay Vodacom R3.8k for early termination and to my knowledge Vodacom business constultant failed to let me know that data share is not available for the SIM card only contract. Very disappointed. There is no way i would use hotspot to share data with my wife. The business consultant didn’t have a decency to say I was wrong to say that the data share is available. I want this contract terminated because it is not serving my requirements
Reading this six stories and without no reply from the Eezie financial, it is stressful. I fell for the easiest trick in the book. This company who claims to help people settled their debts are really making people’s life a mess. Let me know how you guys resolves this, because this is my first month and angry at them
No more buying a device from Samsung company. The watch cost R9-10K for a 12 months warranty because it is accessories items that are very costing while the phone cost R6k with a 24 months warranty. Clearly your business model is not working. Thank you and from today, I will be switching to other brands. I nearly ordered the smart ring. I can’t wait for all the Samsung products to reach lifespan so that I can get rid of them.
I went to MTN store to request a technician to check on my Samsung watch 6 44mmm that I bought on 02/02/2024. The watch is not charging and I was told to sent the watch to Samsung Repair Centre in Umhlanga, Durban and that it was still warranty of 24 months with the phone. When I arrive at the repair centre, they told me the watch alone is 12 months warranty. In order to book the phone for assessment is R350 for a technician to assess the phone. I am thinking conflict. I called MTN call centre to confirm because I am paying money while watch is still in warranty. They told me that I need to check my contract and I got home and the warranty is 24 months. Samsung is really poor when it comes to customer service and it is not the first come complaining about Samsung.
It’s been six months since I tried the eSIM connection at MTN and now I used my main number to connect to it. Now I can’t connect with people. I went to Telkom and their service simple, easier and no technical issues.
Since I tried to have a eSIM last year November 2024 and my number is still not working 0788943923 and this MTN store take forever resorting my problem. Everytime I visit the MTN store, the employees work as they like and no one checks on the customers. You wait for a long time to be assistant.
Why do have Dstv as the only broadcast and giving us limited access to the sports, movies and series? Right now we cannot watch Copa del Ray Spanish Cup due to rights that Dstv clear shows that which England televise all their cups on dedicated channel 203 and LALIGA channel can’t play other cups
WebAfrica doesn’t even a star at all. I cancelled the subscription from march 2024 and til to date, WebAfrica is debiting my account. I regret the method of payment, from now on, you supply and I pay. They still want to charge me for the service I didn’t use or agreed to. They want their free router and installation that they say it is free when you sign with them. Cancel the subscription, you will feel bitterness coming from the business. Lesson learn, stay out of that fibre business at any cost or you will regret it.
This is disappointing, I did a sim swipe at vodacom store this month and now I can't apply for a new contract online because of their bull**** policy, excuse my language. I have to wait 3 months to apply for a new contract online without been ***** when they can easily identify my account. Once all my contract end, I am not doing business with Vodacom again and plus their poor internet network shall not be missed. Kind regards Used to be loyal customer to vodacom
