**** calling under false pretense.
Sales agent phoned me and said he's from telkom and say's Telkom saw that am due for an upgrade. I asked the agent to send me a reference number or an email with a reference. He hasn't done so. I called the Telkom sales team only to find out that the guy was from selldirect ,now they can't be reached for cancellation of the order. We dealing with ****s here

Poor service and not taking clients serious.
Poor service and no communication from them at all.i took my TV in for repairs since it was under warranty on the 2nd of Nov . Since then I had to drive all the way to check for progress. Today on the 20th of Dec when I walked in the store it was when I find out that I was quoted R1492 for what reason they couldn't even explain the manager just sat there and continued eating whatever she was eating. I am so done with Bradlows for Good!
