The Housing Tribunal seems to be siding with Rental companies like Rawson Properties
RT 254/2023 - deposit matter between Nhlanhla Gumede & Rawson Properties. It seems that some people in the Housing Tribunal are protecting or have an unsavoury relationship with Property companies like Rawson Properties. Please avoid Northumberland Park Flats
This block of flats are like hell on earth. When all other flats around this block have electricity, this block would go up to 26hours without electricity. This happens at least twice a month. This results in security risks, food spoils, WiFi not working, etc. Water shortages, although not too frequent are a regular occurrence here.0 replies
