The ordering of the router was simple, and scheduling the team to install and connect was seamless! The team kept their appointment timeslot, that was great. I was frustrated as i couldnt call to custermer service, as I had a challenge with connecting to the WIFI, and couldnt get the help i needed on the WhatApp chat for that day that they installed the fibre, BUT on the next day, SiphosethuN reached out to me on the WhatApp chat and helped me to set up my router! The agent was patient and took me through all the steps! Thank you SiphosethuN!
A TOTAL ****! RAIN wants money for WIFI they never provided! I was with RAIN for over 6 years and was treated like *******! I reached out to RAIN, was put through to the support team. Spoke to a Jam and Asa, both agents sounded like international people that are sitting somewhere in North Caroline or Georgia in the USA with no concern about how South Africans are treated by RAIN, very nonchalant! Despite having a WhatsApp number used, they are PURE ****MERS! Because there, you talk to a machine who has no understanding of the BIG issue here, WHICH IS the MONEY they want to deduct whilst they disconnected WIFI for the entire month! Pathetic! they are worse than the Yahoo boys who's *****s money from people, RAIN is WORSE, CANCELLATION is not a thing, until you pay the money they THINK you owe for a service they disconnected for an entire month, EVIL and must be *******!
Worst Abusive Customer Service from BOSCH - Diesel Electric! HOW DOES BOSCH AFFILIATE THEMSELVES with such companies - Diesel Electric!? The Wynberg center put the phone down on me as i was still reading out my VIN number! The man who answered my call was extremely RUDE, as i was explaining what i needed, he shouted at me and asked me what CAR i have!?! As i was responding, he did not even give me a chance to finish and proceeded to request for the cars VIN number, and eventually put the phone down on me! This is ABUSIVE behavior, the worst kind of customer engagement! Makes one wonder how he treats his colleagues, staff, etc! How is this company affiliated with BOSCH? i had always thought of BOSCH as a reputable company, all my home appliances are from Bosch!!!! how does this happen????
