There online advertises same day delivery for Centurion. On placing an order and then after paying received an invoice stating delivery on 26/03/2025. I contacted them and they stated they do not deliver on Mondays. I requested a refund as I am not available the rest of the week. They called back and guaranteed delivery today. Keep promising driver is on the way every time I have to call and follow up. Now nothing. They do not have issues accepting payment but cannot keep their side of the deal. Pathetic service. Make promises they cannot keep. Now no one knows anything and cannot help.
DSTV did contact me. Their reply is they do not have Technicians. Now I wonder who does installations? They supply absolutely no service and do not care about any of their customers. Cannot complain about service because there is not any. Pathetic. I have cancelled my payments going forward and the service. Do they care after years of support? No Absolutely terrible. They advertise all the fantastic things they will do for their customers. But that is all a lie.
I have been with DSTV for years. my payment is made every month on time without excuses. I have had no service for more than a week and a half. I have contacted them more than once requesting assistance with no success. I have requested that they send a technician to fix this. When I did have signal Showmax does not work and Catch-up also does not work. I have contacted them again today. Now they want me to drive up and down(which will not resolve the problem). I have again requested that they send a Technician which they will find an excuse not to do. They expect payment on Friday(they will not delay in taking this). I am going to cancel my services with them if this continues. Pathetic
