Duplicate Transaction Issue with Absa - Prolonged Resolution Process
I've been dealing with a duplicate transaction issue on my Absa account for 9 days now. Despite being told that the refund would be processed within 48 hours, the case has been escalated multiple times, and I've yet to receive a resolution. The lack of communication and delays have been frustrating.

Extremely Disappointed in Varsity College's Lack of Urgency
I'm writing this review as a warning to others: beware of Varsity College's appalling lack of urgency when it comes to supporting their students. I recently completed my qualification, but my excitement was short-lived. I urgently needed my letter of completion for employment purposes, but Varsity College seems to be operating on a different timeline. Despite numerous requests and follow-ups, I've been met with silence and excuses. It's unacceptable that an institution that claims to prepare students for the workforce can't even provide a simple document in a timely manner. I didn't pay a small fortune to end up unemployed because of Varsity College's inefficiencies. I started my qualification while employed, but now I'm facing unemployment due to their lack of urgency. Varsity College, you need to do better. Your students deserve better.
