I should rate this company a zero. They moved my household furniture from Durban to Cape Town. I was told that it would take 3 to 4 days to deliver and they required half payment and that once my furniture arrives and when I check that my good are in order I can pay the balance. When my goods took a week to arrive without any communication from the company, I was told that they require payment before releasing my goods. I did the payment immediately. They took my goods back and told me once the money reflects into their account then they will bring back my goods and I have to pay an additional amount for transporting my goods back to me. When I received my goods after the payment reflected the very next day to my awe my TV screen was cracked beyond recognition, my kids bunk bed mattress and my double bed mattress was wet and and had stains on them, my fridge was warped and I had some broken glassware. I had sent pictures and messaged the person I was dealing with, and he took no responsibility what so ever. They totally miss led me into paying the balance before my goods were checked. It has been a year since my goods were damaged and the company refuses to take responsibility. I even have voice notes of other furious people who messaged them and they sent it to me thinking it was me that sent it to them. I have all the proof but they take no responsibility.
I have been hacked by someone from another country. Fortunately PayPal had payed me back the amount that was taken. Please be very careful if you have a PayPal account. Other than that it's excellent to have if you getting paid from other countries.
I purchase online with the checkers 6060 app. Wow unbelievable service. I love the fact that you can see when the items being shipped and if it is out of stock, you can choose an alternative. Really great app.

We have purchased a double bed that was guaranteed to carry the weight of up to 80kg,a 60kg person has slept on the bed and in a week's time the mattress was flattening out. We had contacted the store and spoke to the sales lady who then told us that she will replace the bed with another one exactly the same. Why would I want to have the same bed that would last only a week. They refused to acknowledge my concerns and asked us to pay more if we require a better bed. It has been almost 3 weeks and nothing has been done.
