just now New I am being harassed by this company, I receive a call from them every single day without fail multiple times where they force their **** onto me and refuse to remove me from their **** call list. This company is definately a **** due to the fact that they harass you multiple times a day daily to join their **** despite you begging them to remove your number from their **** list. You block their number and they call you from a different number

They charge you a full monthly fee but you only have fiber for 3weeks if you're lucky, I have requested for them to credit me for the over a week of no fiber or support and they agreed and still have not. Now again I have no fiber for a week, no support from them, they are clueless as to how to resolve the issue and play the blame game with vuma, their support technicians have no clue about whats going on and issues take over a week to get resolved if you are lucky. They make promises and commitments they can not keep and should not charge for a full month if they know they cant provide fiber for the full month. I am willing to remove this comment if they are willing to respond and rectify the issues but until then I am convinced that they **** people by ccharging for services they are not providing . Their customer support will mess you around and just remember you only have 3 weeks of fiber if you're lucky. Calling their support technicians is just wasting your airtime as they do nothing at all but ask your information and open more tickets and don't even bother resolving it or are incapable of solving it.
Worst courier company in Afica. Apparently economy courier takes up to 3 business days? It's the 3rd business day and the parcel is only captured this morning for tracking. I tried calling the branch the parcel was sent from (Postnet Randfontein) the cellphone number goes to voicemail since Tuesday 28 March 2023, the day the parcel was sent. Tried contacting the branch on WhatsApp and received no reply, tried calling postnet head office they answered and didn't know anything referred me to the courier department that says the parcel will be delivered on "2nd April 2023" wonder how true that is. Tried calling the head office back like 3 times and no answer. I guess they know their service is poor which is why they don't answer. My advice using a ***eon is faster and more reliable than Postnet. 6 business days to deliver a parcel when they advertise up to 3 days... Save your money and use a ***eon or a company that can actually deliver .
Over prices with poor service. I've been with Uniwisp for 3 months now and every second week their "cable" is damaged. You have 40% off the month offline due to their "cable" being broken. The 60% where they are online the internet is super slow and unstable. This is honestly the first time I ever had 6 tickets relating to the network either being completely offline or way too unstable. And that record was broken in 3 months. I've been with 2 other ISP's in the past and never had any issues where I actually needed to open a support ticket. Uniwisp does not resolve the issue permanently its basically a temporary fix just so they can say they did provide wifi other than that they don't ever fix anything it's just the same ****py service every week. I'm only with them because I'm forced to be as they dug for fibre in the complex I'm staying in but if there was a way to get another fiber provider here I will without even thinking twice, the only way uniwisp can keep client's is by forcing them to take their services which I feel is unfair. I literally signed up with HelloPeter just to give this review. If you're ever considering uniwisp I suggest go with any other company besides them. Uniwisp shouldn't even be in your list.
