Lies, deceipt and dishonesty from MINTYS AMALGAM

Absolutely disgusted with their service On sat we called in to enquire about a specific tyre and the price, we got the information and proceeded to the amalgam branch, we spoke to the sales person and the tyre was brought out and fitted, at the till point the price was R1000-00 rand higher than the quoted price We were quoted over the phone FOUR times a price of R2450-00 and were going to be charged R3450-00 which we refused to pay and told them to remove it, before removing it we even tried to negotiate and were willing to pay R3000-00 for it. The staff members were absolutely unhindered and refused to acknolwedge their mistake. For a company whose directors pride themselves in doing good social work and upliftment of the community they should know full well that their funds are ill gotten and mean absolutely zero. They should either concentrate on business or on social work, because they cannot do both. Reading reviews on their Facebook page actually makes a person doubt that their uslamuc beliefs are honest and true. As muslims they should have proper islamic values and ethics but none whatsoever are shown in the business practice.
