Not recommended.
I DONT RECOMMEND FLORA AUTO CLINIC👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎, please ask your insurance to look for another panelbeater close by. I had the worst experience there. So I took my car in mid Oct 2023 (if I'm not mistaken).their communication is the worst, they tell your insurance lies. They don't keep their promises. I was told the parts would be there in 5 weeks and they unfortunately got delayed (not their fault). So my issue is from the 1st day that I took my car in , I asked them to keep my front light since it only had a minor scratch and was slightly broken BUT still working perfectly fine. They agreed ,I reminded them about my light every time we communicated and at one point they told me they keep old parts until you collect your car. In December they told my insurance that id be getting my car on the week of the 22nd , so I went to check my car that week and it was still stripped and they told me they ordered another part late. At 1st they told me my front piece was damaged and needed to be replaced but when I went there it looked fine and they also confirmed it was fine, and insisted it was my insurance telling them to get a new one. (My car came back with the old front piece)Their story kept changing about the part which was ordered. Finally my car was fixed by January and I fetched it but noticed something wrong with my fog light, told them about it and they promised to fix it (on them) so I complained in early Feb and it finally got fixed in early May. After being ignored for so long.ive been through a lot with them , last days I was communicating with the boss and that didn't help at all because he'd ignore my texts most days . And their paint job was still not so good. 👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎

Worst food.
Ordered for the second time and it's still the worst. The food is horrible and tasteless, very very oily. Only seeing their Pretoria branch on Google and seems like it's all the same.
