I baught a aim televion last year on 04/11/2022 at pik n pay store in umthatha BT ngebs i was told the tv has 3 year wareanty and indeed on the pack its written 3 year warranty, now i am currentky having a problem the tv is starting to have lines on the screenn, i went to pik n pay at umthatha bt ngebs to return the tv and the told me that they are only covering the 1 year which it expired on the 04/11/2023 saturday... So for tge remaining 2 years i must contact the customer care services or aim campany, of which i did i made a phone call and report the tv with aim supplier they told me that the store must call them, then i further called customer services they said they should be called by pik n pay not the customer when i went to pik and pay again they told me that i did not register for warranty where as tgere is nothing that sayi must register for the warranty let alone the fact that they never advice now i am stuck with a problematic tv. As cheap as the aim tvs never ever buy tv from that brand and ik n pay their warranty it is a lie. Very dissapoij ted even their service is very poor.

Bad service amd syruggle of getting help
Last week i wrote my review regardibg aig they immidiately send me email and request my documents and i sent them until today they never got back to me. This campany is a scam ifs been 3 weeks now after i have submitted.my day to day hospital plan claim . Amd i habe lost hope of getting help .when i contact the person who sent an email after hello peter contacted them he is telking me to contact a claim assesor who is always unavaila le . Its so tirinv and draining

Bad service
I took a day to day hospital health policy with this campany last month on september i was hospitalised i submited all the documents they wanted and recieve a claim number its been two weeks no communication the clain assesor is always busy when i want progress . Its really frastrating imaginr i have unpaid hospital bills that i tot i ll pay with that money but these people re pkaying hide and seek anyone who can help . Next week its 15th their debit date they will debit again i ..i am not.hapoy with their service i regret choosing them.
